Cookin' again!



I made these last night for a friend and YUM!

Butterscotch Choco-oat delights
2 1/2 sticks butter
1 C brown sugar
2/3 C white sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
2 1/2 C oatmeal
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C butterscotch chips

Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugars together.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until well blended.
3. Sift together flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon and add to wet mixture until evenly mixed.
4. Fold in oatmeal, making sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl for even mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate and butterscotch.
6. Bake at 410 degrees for 10 minutes.
