I left...

My sister Rachel came from Hawaii yesterday to visit. After she arrived we got to talking about what she was going to do while she was here and we got on the subject of our sisters that live out of the state. Unfortunately, Nikki lives further away than Leslie, so she was immediately disqualified. We decided to take an impromptu trip up to Washington state to visit Leslie since Rachel has never ever seen Leslie's home in Washington...which is beautiful and organized down to every inch.

The drive was grueling. We left Utah around 7 pm, so we didn't arrive at Leslie's home until 6am Utah time. We are pretty exhausted, but the babies don't want to take a nap. So I am up with Theodore about to go nutzo! So if this blog doesn't make sense it is because I am functioning on little...very little, sleep!

My sweet, loving hubby stayed in Utah with George to work and make sure George attends school, but I will be back early in the week...it is quick trip!

AaaaaaPUGH!

Over the last week, my sister Leslie and her daughter, Emily came to visit us in Hawaii. We had a lot of fun gorging on the local cuisine and visiting the beaches. We spent time with my sister Rachel and her family and played games. On Sunday when Rachel came over we went out to my beach and took pictures. Then the other nights we played Settlers of Catan (if you have not played this game, find someone who has it and play it...you will love it)

I just have to humbly admit that I won Settlers all three nights that we played! hahahaha...I AM A WINNER!!! Anyway, hanging out with Leslie was lots and lots of fun. It is too bad that they live so far away.
Here is a picture of Rachel's kids, Leslie's daughter Emily and my boys! Yes I know that Rachel's baby is bigger than my baby...and he is two months younger! That kid is a mammoth!
"Oh Mom, what big hair you have," Emily commented as she gazed lovingly at her mother...
